The Creatures of Thessaloniki is a small painting found in the port of Thessaloniki in 1923: Some believe this is the only finding we have left of the book Ademon`s Wanderings In The Hidden Ocean by Ademon Of Carthage. Witnesses who read the book say an illustration like this one was pasted on the book's opening page. Underneath it was the words: "These are the sights I saw and the insights I learned in my wanderings in the hidden ocean. According to Layla Bat Yaar: In this illustration, two Meagmi women are seen moving a curtain. Behind the curtain the waves of the Hidden Ocean. Oclipa is the gatekeeper of this vast sea.
